PM Modi stops in Lucknow for dinner with Yogi Adityanath, Cabinet returning from Nepal

Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a short stopover in Lucknow on his way back from Nepal for dinner with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and his cabinet.

According to a report in India todayPM Modi was received at the airport by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Governor Anandiben Patel.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has met with ministers from the Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh.

The meeting was held at the residence of the Chief Minister.

Details of the meeting are awaited.

The Prime Minister also visited Mahaparinirvana Temple in Kushinagar before reaching Lucknow.

Earlier in the day, he attended a program in Lumbini, Nepal on the occasion of Buddha Purnima.

The state’s information department shared a group photo of the prime minister with UP ministers.
