PM Modi stops in Lucknow and meets with Adityanath & UP Cabinet on his return from Nepal

Returning from a visit to Nepal, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stopped Monday May 16 in Lucknow to have dinner with the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath and his cabinet.

According to IANS, speaking to the cabinet at the residence of CM Adityanath during the dinner meeting, Modi would have underlined the increased responsibility of the government after his second consecutive victory in the assembly elections.

Prime Minister Modi was received at the airport by Chief Minister and Governor Anandiben Patel.

During the meeting, Prime Minister Modi asked UP ministers to focus on good governance, keep in touch with people at grassroots level, maintain coordination with party organization and ensure also the implementation of central and state government programs, IANS reported.
