nintendo shared a few more screenshots showcasing the locations that will appear in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. Each screenshot also shows plants and monsters that Noah and his friends may encounter. The first location is Eagus Wilderness, and the second is Millick Meadows. Each tweet also has a short text describing the zones.
Eagus Wilderness has the Fallen Arm in the background which has appeared in previous Xenoblade Chronicles Games. You can also see some of the flora and fauna that will be found in the Eagus Desert.
If you like sand in your shoes, go to #XenobladeChronicles3‘s Eagus Wilderness.
You might spot a familiar landmark while avoiding the sandstorms of this desert. Is it a…giant mechanical finger? pic.twitter.com/ZMA3dKze0z— Nintendo of America (@NintendoAmerica) May 13, 2022
The second location, Millick Meadows, is a greener environment given that it sits on the edge of a body of water. A Territorial Rotbart appears to be in one of the screenshots. It is a recurring level 81 unique monster from the previous Xenoblade Chronicles Games. As Nintendo mentions in their tweet for the location, the creatures aren’t particularly friendly to anyone who crosses them.
A river flows through the vast grasslands of #XenobladeChronicles3is Millick Meadows. The lush nature on display here looks inviting, but beware, the creatures (and even the plants) that live there don’t like passers-by. pic.twitter.com/QiVkjHk1RZ

Besides locations, Nintendo has teased plot and character information for Xenoblade Chronicles 3. In early May 2022, it showed a short trailer featuring Ethel in an antagonistic role against the heroes. In April 2022, Nintendo also introduced the Ouroboros feature. Characters can interconnect in battle to create an Ouroboros.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will be released for Nintendo Switch on July 29, 2022.
