PARIS, June 1 (Reuters) – A British fan has been arrested for violence, among 14 Britons arrested for crowd disturbances during last weekend’s Champions League soccer final between Liverpool and Real Madrid, according to slides that will be presented by French Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin to the French Senate.

The detail comes amid a dispute between Britain and France over who was responsible for the mess, with many Liverpool fans saying they caused no trouble, while France accused Liverpool fans of showing up en masse with counterfeit tickets for contributing to the mayhem at the stadium. .
